Horrible experience. Was on a work trip, picked the salon with the best reviews, extremely disappointed. I should have left when I was told she couldn't do the (very simple) pedicure I was asking for. I asked for a full set, showed her the length and shape I wanted. Not even close...it's been about 36 hours and my nail is already chipping and the polish is chipping off. Nails are not filed or shaped the same. Worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. Would never recommend and will never be back. The only positive thing I have to say is that the younger girl Sierra was very sweet.
Looked UP salon and it had good ratings.Sue was very nice but..... Did the worst set of nails I've ever had.Lets start with removal of my nails took her over half hour then she didn't remove all the acrylic off 2 of my nails ...she had no clue how to do a coffin shaped nail..my nails are a little bumpy. I had to come home and refine my nails besides the cost was high 65.00 ... Took over 2 hours to do my nails ...Will NOT BE BACK
We were From outta town. Decided to get a manicure. Called with no notice and they fit us in right away. They were amazing!!! Our nails look great!!! They are perfectly painted and did not chip at all after we left like other places we went to at home! We highly recommended this nail salon!!
I've been going to Ten Nails for well over 25 years and I love the place and staff. They do a fantastic job, are friendly and knowledgeable. I've also brought my mother, father and uncle for pedicures when they were unable to care for their own feet. They also became repeat customers. I highly recommend them!
